The minimum varies by product and is shown on its product page. Quantities follow the existing Sandycroft catalogue policy. We confirm any colour or branding-method exceptions when preparing your quotation.
Can I see my logo on a product?
Yes. Product pages include an illustrative PNG/JPG logo preview. This helps you explore an idea; it is not the final print proof. We confirm the actual artwork, position and dimensions before production.
How is my quotation calculated?
We consider the product, colour, quantity, branding method and number of positions, together with setup, delivery and VAT. Send your shortlist, logo and deadline for a tailored quotation.
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes, UK delivery can be quoted. Tell us the full delivery postcode so we can check the cost and service, including Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands or other destinations that need a separate delivery quotation.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on availability, branding and artwork approval. Tell us your required date before ordering. We will confirm a feasible production and delivery schedule with your quote.
Can I collect locally?
Collection from our Sandycroft premises can be arranged. Contact us before travelling, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
Which artwork files do you accept?
The enquiry form accepts PNG, JPG and PDF files, up to 5 MB each and 10 MB combined. For AI, EPS, SVG or larger artwork, email our team. Product previews accept PNG or JPG.
Can I order samples or repeat a previous order?
Ask us about a sample or repeat order, providing the product code and any earlier order details. We check costs, current availability and whether the artwork still suits the item.
