Approval before production
An online enquiry is not an accepted order. We confirm the full costs, VAT, setup and delivery, along with payment terms and the applicable order conditions, before you proceed. Artwork is reviewed and approved before production.
Colour & previews
Screen colours, photographic lighting and illustrative logo previews may differ from a finished product. The final proof and agreed production specification determine the order.
Changes, cancellations & problems
