Who handles your information
Sandycroft Promo is operated by Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, Flintshire, CH5 2QD. Contact sales@sandycroftworkwear.uk about privacy questions.
Enquiries & artwork
When you enquire, we use your contact details, project brief and artwork to respond, prepare a quotation and, where agreed, fulfil an order. Enquiries are passed to our existing Sandycroft quotation service and business email. Relevant product and artwork information may be shared with suppliers or production partners to fulfil your request.
Temporary browser drafts
The quote basket and comparison shortlist use session storage on your device. They are temporary drafts, not confirmed orders. A logo preview is displayed locally in your browser; it is transmitted only when you attach artwork to an enquiry or send it directly.
Website assets & hosting
The site uses hosting services, Google Fonts and supplier-hosted product images. Those services receive normal web requests, which can include your IP address. This version does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
Retention & your requests
We keep information for as long as necessary to answer enquiries, manage agreed orders and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or objection; any statutory recordkeeping duties may affect what can be deleted.
