Give every item a purpose
Start with the work the new employee will do. A notebook and pen can support induction sessions; a bottle may suit everyday desk use; a bag may be useful for equipment. Choose the essentials before adding decorative items.
Check quantities across the pack
Each product has its own minimum order. If you need 30 packs, check whether every component can be supplied in that quantity. Allow for planned recruitment and storage, but do not assume you need to order the same number of all items.
Compare fit and compatibility
For a laptop bag, check the actual device dimensions. For a charging accessory, review connector and power specifications. For drinkware, confirm capacity and care instructions. A consistent brand colour is useful, but practical suitability comes first.
Agree what packaging includes
Describe your proposed box, message card and assembly requirements in the brief. A product shortlist does not automatically include a finished assembled pack. We check the available options and quote the agreed scope.
Plan handover and repeat orders
Tell us whether items will arrive at one office or several destinations. Keep approved artwork and product codes so a future enquiry can refer to the same specification, subject to current product and colour availability.
