Work back from your event date
Allow time for choosing the product, checking stock, getting a quotation, approving artwork, production and delivery. Tell us the date when you first enquire; ask us to confirm feasibility before committing.
Choose by how the event works
Printed bags can carry literature. Pens and notebooks support sessions and workshops. Bottles may suit outdoor or active events, and lanyards help keep event materials coordinated. Consider the venue and attendee experience.
Plan quantities sensibly
Use expected attendance as a starting point. Separate items for every visitor from higher-value gifts for a smaller audience, then check the minimum order for each product.
Make the design coherent
Use a consistent logo, colour palette and short message. A QR code or campaign URL needs sufficient print space and testing on the approved design.
Confirm the delivery handover
Give us the postcode, recipient and any venue delivery restrictions. Build a margin into the schedule and check that your team has somewhere to store and distribute the products.
