Start with the handover date
Decide when gifts must reach recipients, rather than treating the final working day as the deadline. Allow time for product selection, artwork approval, production and receiving the delivery. Send your required date at the first enquiry so the team can check feasibility.
Choose gifts around the recipient
A useful notebook, bottle or bag can suit many business audiences. Separate staff gifts from client gifts if quantities or budgets differ. Describe presentation boxes, message cards and assembly requirements explicitly: a product shortlist does not automatically include a packed gift set.
Approve the complete specification
Check product codes, colours, quantities, print position, artwork size, addresses and the total quotation. Avoid printing a year on the product if surplus stock could be used later. Seasonal listings do not establish live stock or guarantee a Christmas delivery date.
