Start with the working day
Choose items that support induction, commuting or desk work. A notebook and pen can be useful in training; a bottle may suit everyday use; a laptop bag needs checking against actual device dimensions. The same pack may not suit office, site and remote roles.
Check each minimum quantity
Every component has its own minimum order and colour options. Plan current recruitment and sensible reserve stock, then confirm which quantities can be supplied. Avoid assuming all components can be ordered in the same number.
Specify the presentation
Explain whether you want individual items or an assembled pack, and describe any box, card and delivery requirements. Keep approved codes and artwork for repeat enquiries, subject to future availability. Request a complete quotation before agreeing the final pack.
