Send vector artwork where possible and identify the approved logo version. If reflective transfer is being considered, ask the team to confirm whether it suits the design, colour and intended position rather than treating the method as a general visibility or safety claim.

Plan the kit around the working day

Before selecting the quantity, list what each recipient will carry. Check the laptop and case dimensions, charger, notebook, cables and any role-specific equipment. The two side pockets and zipped compartments provide useful organisation, but the listing does not state a tested carrying capacity, waterproof rating or guaranteed fit for every 15-inch device.

If the backpack will form part of a welcome pack, explain whether other items need placing inside it. Assembly, individual packing, name labelling, multiple delivery addresses and venue receiving arrangements should be requested explicitly because they are not automatically included with the product.
