Plan distribution before choosing quantity

Start with named or expected recipients rather than estimating from general footfall. For a training programme, separate delegates, trainers, administrators and reserve copies. For workshops, allow for facilitators and late additions without creating an excessive surplus. If different departments need different cover artwork, describe each version and quantity in the enquiry.
