Start with the attachment and audience

Check how badges or passes will attach, and whether your venue or organisation requires a breakaway feature. Available styles differ by product. State any safety or workplace requirement in the brief so it can be checked before an order is agreed.

Plan a repeatable logo layout

Long, narrow artwork needs a clear arrangement. A short name or simple repeating logo may be easier to read than a complex design. Confirm the print dimensions, colours and whether one or both sides can be branded for the selected lanyard.

Coordinate the event order

Provide the attendee count, event date and delivery destination. Tell us separately if badge holders or other accessories are needed; they are not included unless the product description or quotation says so. Allow time for approval, production and venue delivery.
